Production & delivery
Each pack is made to order, produced in batches.
- Total timeline: 4–5 weeks from order to delivery
- Production batches close every 2 weeks
- Logo proof emailed within 3 business days of ordering
- Once you approve the proof, your order enters the next batch
- Shipping notification sent when your pack ships

Payment:
- 100% paid at checkout
- No additional charges, no balance due on delivery
- League, club, and facility partners: apply your discount code at checkout
Logo specs:
- Vector preferred (.AI, .EPS, .SVG)
- If raster: 300 DPI PNG with transparent background
- Single-color or two-color marks reproduce best on hybrid-stitched panels
- Maximum file size: 20MB

Returns & cancellations
Legacy Ball Packs are made to order.
Cancellations & changes: Email support@alumnifc.com any time before you approve your logo proof. Once your proof is approved and production starts, the order can't be refunded.
Damaged or defective items: Email support@alumnifc.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace them.
