Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us by clicking the help icon in the bottom corner of the website and leaving us a message, or by emailing support@alumnifc.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can quickly evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. This includes any product produced with customer-supplied artwork or logos (such as the Team Ball Pack with custom logo) and any made-to-order product without customization (such as the Team Ball Pack ordered without a logo).
For made-to-order products, "production begins" means the customer has approved their digital proof (for custom orders) or the order has been submitted to our supplier in the next production batch (for non-custom made-to-order items).
Customers may cancel or modify a made-to-order product at any time before production begins. To cancel before production, click the help icon in the bottom corner of the website or email support@alumnifc.com.
Sale items or items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us by clicking the help icon in the bottom corner of the website or by emailing support@alumnifc.com.
