Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

We currently ship only within the United States. 

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and may vary depending on location and carrier.

United States: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Alumni is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Alumni is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Alumni is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
