Preorders & Limited Drops

Certain products may be offered as preorders or limited releases. When placing a preorder:

  • Estimated shipping timelines are provided but not guaranteed
  • Preorders may be subject to delays due to production or supply factors

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Orders & Acceptance

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, inventory limitations, or pricing errors.

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

User Reviews & User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, images, videos, or other content (“User Content”) to Alumni, including via social media tags or direct submissions, you grant Alumni a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for marketing or promotional purposes.

You represent that:

  • You own or have permission to share the content
  • The content does not infringe on third-party rights
  • The content is not unlawful, offensive, or misleading

We reserve the right to remove User Content at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, wordmarks, designs, graphics, images, text, and product designs, is owned by Alumni or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct
